Richard E. & Margret Huebner
Since 1985, Richard has always been determined to operate a service company that treats people the way he was brought up: In a respectful, honest, and joyful environment.
Richard began his industry education in the 1990s, ensuring that Commercial Carpet Cleaning is a certified firm with the IICRC. Richard is personally certified, as well as most of our staff members.
Richard holds master-level certifications and also has achieved the level of Certified Carpet Inspector. This means that carpet mills and installation and retail companies often hire him as an unbiased third party to determine where something went wrong during a manufacturing, installation, or cleaning process. This level of service requires that Richard remain fully trained and current in our field, as well as share his experience and knowledge with our technicians.
Margret holds several IICRC certifications and is constantly learning. She works hand-in-hand with Richard on a daily basis, managing the general operations and care of our customers and co-workers. Margret also participates in the larger Tucson business community through NAWBO, BNI, and Key Group.
Both Margret and Richard have called Tucson their home since childhood, and they are very appreciative of this fine city and surrounding areas. They encouraged their son, Robby, to participate in the community through school activities, sports, and 4-H. Robby has since grown up to join the Air Force and is a K-9 handler, currently stationed at DMAFB.
Douglas McKenna – Operations Manager, IICRC Certified Technician, Applied Thermographer, Water Damage Restoration Specialist
Dedication to providing clients with the most talented group of trained technicians is just one of the things that motivates Douglas. When you meet or speak with Douglas, you will see exactly how high Commercial Carpet Cleaning’s standards truly are when it comes to service. Since 2003, Douglas has devoted himself to perfecting his cleaning techniques and sharing those skills with his team members. With Douglas, you always know that he and his staff will strive to exceed your expectations.
Cambry Clark – Office Manager
Cambry has years of administrative and customer service experience in a variety of fields. Cambry’s responsibilities include bookkeeping and administering portions of our restoration process, and she soon will be helping Richard with estimates. Cambry and her daughter moved from Texas to Arizona in 2008, and they have enjoyed every moment of “Desert Living!” Cambry loves attending her daughter’s athletic and music activities.
Dylan Moody – IICRC Certified Technician
Dylan’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction has impressed us all. He enjoys taking his time to educate and explain the cleaning process, so clients are confident that he cares about the results as much as they do. With his carpet cleaning and general remodeling background, Dylan has become an invaluable asset to Commercial Carpet Cleaning and our clients. He is a wonderful team member and a great complement to his colleagues.
Manny Rivera – IICRC Certified Technician
Manny is proactive, positive, and friendly. His “regulars” know that he is skilled in customer service and quality carpet cleaning in Tucson. He is attentive to each individual clients’ concerns, remembering the nuances of each account so that each service visit is customized. Manny also has a keen sense of the little things that make a difference. Skilled in a variety of Commercial Carpet Cleaning services—including spot removal and upholstery care—Manny quickly addresses pesky problems with great results.
Paul Cable – IICRC Certified Technician
Our newest Commercial Carpet Cleaning technician, Paul has excelled in the carpet care field since 1988. A natural “people person,” he finds great satisfaction when he can help homeowners resolve their floor care issues and feel good about their homes. Just in time to experience real Tucson heat, Paul moved from Colorado in the summer of 2009 with his wife and four children. We’re glad to have him as part of our team, as are the many clients who have called to express their appreciation for his efforts.
Arturo Zatarain – Repair and Restoration Specialist
Arturo has years of experience in all aspects of construction and handyman work. His specialty is drywall, which is a tremendous asset in the restoration process. We’re very pleased to have Arturo handling our restoration projects from start to finish, as well as performing power washing jobs. His goal is always 100% client satisfaction. Originally from Sonora Mexico, Arturo has lived in Tucson for over 16 years. He and his wife have two artistic daughters and one son who enjoys soccer.
Annie Huebner – Director of Research & Development for Spots and Odors
With her expert sniffer, Annie can find all hidden dog cookies or any unattended food. She provides the staff with ample snuggle and petting opportunities, and helps maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere. Her security skills take a back seat to her pure cuteness. Annie is a “Redbone Coonhound” and presumed a Tucson native, since she was a rescue hound.
