Upon our return from a short vacation trip, we found that our hot water tank was broken. All 50 gallons of water poured into the room and all the way through the walls into the garage, it was a mess.

So we called Commercial Carpet Cleaning first thing in the morning. A young man from the company arrived, cleaned up the mess and put blowers in place to dry out the floors and walls. It took about a week to get everything dried out and repaired.

This young man came by every evening to check on the status and make sure the equipment was functioning properly.

Once the tank was replaced and everything was dry they replaced all the rotten baseboards, fixed the drywall and painted what was fixed.

Within one week everything was cleaned up fixed and all work was done spotless and now it looks like new. Fantastic job!!

Although I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet in my condo rental due to the spills, spots, pet damage, and age (10 yrs), CCC said we could get one more season out of it. CCC has been doing miraculous work on this carpet since 2003 but I never thought they could get it clean this time. I was wrong! I went to view the finished product and my mouth dropped! The cream-colored carpet looked and smelled like new again. CCC are simply miracle workers and I only wish I could ship them to California so that I could use them there too!
