Synthetic rugs like nylon and olefin can be cleaned on site. Natural fiber rugs like wool, silk, and cotton are picked up for hand cleaning at our facility, using a multi-step process in a controlled environment. Fringe is always cleaned with great care, to brighten it as much as possible. Upon completion of the cleaning and drying process, a protector is applied. Your rugs will be carefully packaged for return delivery to you, in the condition and with the results you expect.
