Commercial facilities sometimes require services or techniques that differ from our residential customers. While we can perform any of our residential services for commercial customers, we offer the following information specifically for property and facility managers.

Our certified and courteous staff will address all service requests in a timely manner that respects your schedule. (ROC 223129 and ROC 246106)
Products will be used to protect your investment while services are preformed, such as corner guards, booties, and environmentally safe cleaning products.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our quality and service, or we will return and clean to your satisfaction at no additional charge. If you remain unsatisfied, Commercial Carpet Cleaning will not charge you for the work completed.
24-hour water extraction and structural drying services are available. Our after-hours pager is 777-0812, and you will receive an immediate response.
THE PROCESS
We emphasize a very communicative process that keeps our customers “in the loop” from start to finish. We:
- Perform a walk through inspection with the manager, and note problem areas such as high traffic and extra soiled areas.
- Discuss and make suggestions for cleaning based on business events and work flow.
- Create a detailed proposal for the manager’s review and are accessible to answer any additional questions.
- Coordinate cleaning during the most convenient time for the business (e.g., after closing, evenings, or weekends).
- Perform a follow-up inspection within 48 hours of the cleaning. If anything didn’t turn out to our high standards, we will either touch it up right then or schedule another time to resolve it. Then another follow up is performed to ensure the job was done correctly.
- Schedule a visit with the manager 30 days after the cleaning, to confirm whether the cleaning plan is holding up to the traffic. We will inspect any reappearing spots, so we can address them and note them in our plans for future cleaning appointments.
- Schedule a second visit with the manager 90 days later, to continue our monitoring and to ensure that we are properly advising the client as to when to clean before the soiling/traffic damages the carpet. We typically visit our facility managers several times a year; or, if we must perform our inspections during the evening or weekend, we will coordinate with the manager by phone.
